Machining and assembly, from prototype to production

Precision CNC machining

Machined components produced to defined product requirements, with inspection and traceability from prototypes through production.

Mechanical & electromechanical assembly

Assembly of mechanical parts and electrical connections, including hermetic sealing, with inspection records and lot traceability.

Surface finishing & treatments

Anodizing, plating, passivation and marking are available. Qualified suppliers provide specialized heat treatment, coatings and certified testing where required.

Engineering & production support

Engineering support includes manufacturing design, prototype builds and qualification planning. Design for manufacturing and assembly (DFM/DFA) reviews help prepare a product for production.

How does contract manufacturing work?

  1. 01

    Requirements & engineering

Review the product and manufacturing needs, then agree on the production and documentation scope.

  2. 02

    Prototype & planning

Plan prototype builds, manufacturing reviews and qualification activities.

  3. 03

    Manufacturing & assembly

Coordinate component production, finishing, assembly, and qualified specialist suppliers where required.

  4. 04

    Inspection & documentation

Provide inspection records, lot traceability, and program-specific acceptance documentation.
