A four-day production week.

Many full-time positions at Valor operate on a Monday through Thursday shift schedule, providing 40 hours per week with full-time pay and benefits. Certain roles, including those supporting continuous operations, safety, quality, production, and other business functions, may operate on different shifts based on operational requirements.

Weapon Mounting Systems

Tripods, T&E mechanisms, pintles, and crew-served weapon mounts, including the proven M205 and M192 programs.

Countermeasure Systems

Chaff, flare, infrared, and electromagnetic countermeasure components manufactured to program-specific requirements.

Energetic Devices

Pyrotechnics, initiators, propellants, and lead & booster charges manufactured through controlled formulation, pressing, and qualification processes.
