Quality systems. Verified performance.
Every lot is inspected, qualified, and documented before shipment.
Test data ships with the hardware.
Every production lot ships with a documented evidence package, serialized lot traceability, and government witness documentation where required.
From prototype to production all in one facility.
Engineering, machining, electrical assembly, testing, inspection, and quality operate under one roof — reducing handoffs and supporting efficient production from prototype through qualification.
Eight disciplines. One evidence package.
View the methods, instrumentation, and standards behind every test. Every production lot ships with complete qualification and acceptance documentation.
Ballistic Testing
Live-fire testing characterizes velocity, chamber pressure, accuracy, and terminal performance across indoor and outdoor ranges.
- Velocity & pressure characterization
- Accuracy and dispersion mapping
- Terminal-effect analysis
- Indoor + outdoor live-fire ranges
- Threat-representative envelopes
- Standards: MIL-STD-331 · Program-Spec
Every test. Every measurement. Documented.

Common program questions.
- What MIL-STD standards do you test to?
- Valor performs environmental, EMI/EMC, and microelectronics qualification testing to applicable MIL-STD and program-specific requirements, including MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-461, and MIL-STD-883. Test reports are documented, signed, and lot-traceable.
- Do you provide AS9102 First Article Inspection?
- Yes. AS9102 First Article Inspection (FAI) reports are available for qualified configurations. Complete lot traceability is maintained from raw material certifications through final inspection and shipment documentation.
- Do you perform qualification testing in-house?
- Yes. Build-to-print programs receive the same in-house metrology, environmental testing, inspection, and, where applicable, ballistic verification as inventor-of-record programs, without vendor handoffs between manufacturing and qualification.
